Part II: Panama Offices sealed by the landlord; staff, electricity, phone etc unpaid since 5 months - furniture seized by staff, the president (Canadian Citizen) up to leave the sinking ship; huge corporate debts AND 'private debts of honor' which great disaster is meantime affecting their whole business environment. There's always someone else to blame: former friends, partners, brokers, suppliers.......'they all did not perform.....'
