Paloma Old Fashioned
Welcome back, or if it’s your first time here, take a seat, and I’ll fix you a drink.
Today, we are going to look at a Paloma Old Fashioned, also known as a Big Texan Bourbon and Grapefruit, or even a Brown Derby. There are a few nuances between each of those drinks, and I like my name.
This is an unusual blend of grapefruit and bourbon with some honey syrup.
Let's start with some ingredients:
- 1 1/2 oz Bourbon
- 1 oz Grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
- 1/2 oz Honey Syrup (sugar syrup made with honey instead of sugar)
- Garnish: Grapefruit twist or wedge
What Glass should I use,…
