Are the Palestinian startups still thriving?

After the war broke out on October 7th, everything changed. Palestinian startups have always struggled to raise investments, gain market access, and accelerate their sales. The situation is increasingly becoming worse these days.

Today, most Palestinian startups have more profound concerns about their ability to survive. The focus shifted from “struggling to grow” to “struggling to survive”. For more than three months now, most Palestinian startups have been on hold!

The old ways have failed miserably, and we need to find a new way to prosper and grow. We should stop waiting for someone or some organization to fix it all. We should stand up and do something.

To start this journey of empowering Palestinian startups, we’re globally launching “Startup Palestine Community” on Jan 17.

What is Startup Palestine Community?

It is a leading?community of entrepreneurs?who aim to?change?the current situation and?elevate?the Palestinian entrepreneurship scene, with the current focus being on how we can support Palestinian startups during this war, and explore what kind of support they need.

The goal is to alleviate the current struggles and cope with ongoing instabilities, then take it to the next level by building a strong basis for Palestinian startups to nurture each other and grow stronger together.
