In Pakistan, purchasing property is difficult for ordinary citizens due to high prices, lack of funds and low income. Despite these challenges, real estate is still considered as one of the best investment options by investors. It is expected that Pakistan's real estate market will continue to grow due to high demand from international markets and Pakistani ex-patriates who want send money back or want to invest in opportunities in Pakistan.
The prices of properties in Pakistan are very low compared to other countries around the world; one factor being the labor costs, which are lower than most countries. It is always beneficial to buy and invest in real estate, as Franklin D. Roosevelt said "Real estate cannot be lost or stolen, nor can it be carried away. Purchased with common sense, paid for in full, and managed with reasonable care, it is about the safest investment in the world".
Pakistan is expected to have a rise in real estate market, property prices and economy itself; the real estate market is forecasted to have an annual growth rate of 8%. Pakistan’s economy is projected to grow by 8% annually over the next three years, with real estate developers benefiting from increased demand because of higher disposable incomes and inflation rates. Property prices will rise by 8% annually over the next five years because of limited supply and growing demand in urban areas where population is increasing by 2% annually.

2 年The issue with Pakistan is its continously depreciating Rupee ; The rise is real estate annually has to be seen in accordance to how much the Ruppe has depreciated Hopefully in coming years the Rupee would stand to the test of time and we could have a more predictable real estate appreciation

2 年No. The economy growth projection of 8% is just a rhetoric. And you didn't mention the recent taxes that are going to burst the real estate bubble. Real estate is no more an opportunity.
