Pakistan and Khorasan

There is a region on this earth created by Allah which is called “Khorasan”. Scholars have used the term “Khorasan Bilad Al-Wasea” which means that the region of Khorasan is vast and extensive. They have also included Central Asia in it. Today, there are six well-known countries in Central Asia that have become independent from the Soviet Union. I have visited three of these countries: Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan. I have also seen the province of Khorasan in Iran. I have also seen Afghanistan, even up to the Aamu River.

Pakistan is my beloved homeland. Its provinces of Balochistan, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Kashmir, Gilgit-Baltistan, and Chitral are also included in Khorasan. The adjoining province of Sindh with Balochistan is also included in Khorasan. Speaking of Punjab, Western Punjab, including Rawalpindi and Islamabad, is part of Khorasan. Turkey’s Asian region is also Khorasan, meaning Khorasan is such a vast area that it is larger than the regions I have mentioned. Now, let us evaluate the two hadiths related to Khorasan and their authenticity, which have been frequently mentioned for some time, especially since the start of the war between Hamas and Israel in Gaza.

In this regard, the first hadith is translated as follows: “The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: ‘Armies carrying black flags will come out of Khorasan. No power will be able to stop them until they reach Jerusalem, and they will bring it under Islam’s control” (Jami` at-Tirmidhi: 2269). This narration is also included in Imam Ahmad’s Musnad. He called the narrator of this narration “Rashidin bin Sa’d” weak. Imam Tirmidhi himself called this narration “ghareeb” (strange). Imam Hakim called Rashidin a liar. Imam Nasa’i called it “munkar” (denounced). Imam Bazzar expressed distress from narrations about flags. Imam Ibn Jowzi said in “Tadhkirat al-Mawdu’at” that this narration is fabricated.

The great scholar of hadith, Al-Albani, included it in “Silsilah Ad-Da’ifah” (Chain of Weak Narrations: 4825) and deemed it weak. Imam Dhahabi mentioned in “Mizan al-I’tidal” that there is no weight in this narration. In the University of Umm al-Qura in Makkah, Professor Dr. Sharif Hatim bin Aarif al-Awani, in his research, said: It is wrong to take action based on narrations about black flags. Their correct chain is neither to Allah’s Messenger nor to the companions. Similarly, Dr. Saad bin Abdullah Al-Humaid (Saudi Arabia) states: ISIS and similar Takfiri groups have made black flags. They are pleased with these flags, even though there is no credibility to such narrations, which mislead people.

Dear readers! The translation of the second narration is as follows: “The Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said: ‘Some people will come out from the East. They will recite the Quran but it will not go beyond their throats. They will leave Islam as an arrow leaves its bowstring, and they will never return to it until the arrow returns to its bowstring. They will be dressed as religious people but they will lack religion” (Sunan Ibn Majah: 4088).

In this narration, one narrator is “Ibn Lah’i’ah”. Great hadith scholar Imam Busrri classified this narrator as weak in his book “Misbah al-Zujajah”. Another narrator of this narration is “Amr bin Jabir”. Imam Haythami declared Ibn Lah’i’ah a liar in “Majma al-Zawa’id”, and Imam Tabarani declared him a liar in “Mu’jam al-Awsat”. Sheikh Al-Albani and the eminent hadith scholar Maulana Zubair Ali Zai also classified this narration as weak.

Dear readers! However, the most authentic narrations about the emergence of foreign and Takfiri people from Medina and their departure from Medina are essential. Of these, only one noble hadith is mentioned. This hadith is included in the Sahih (authentic) collection of Imam Muhammad bin Ismail Al-Bukhari. “The Messenger of Allah said: ‘Some people will emerge from the East. They will recite the Quran, but it will not go beyond their throats. They will leave Islam like an arrow leaves its bowstring. They will never come back to Islam, just as the arrow never returns to its bowstring. They will be killed by Muslims, but they will not stop until they kill Muslims'” (Sahih al-Bukhari: 7562).

That is, these foreign people will not return due to their terrorist actions. They will not stop until they kill Muslims. Makkah, Madinah, and Al-Quds Sharif (Jerusalem) are three such cities that are theoretical. There is only one country in the world that is theoretical, and that is Pakistan. Its name is theoretical and its foundation is theoretical. Its foundation is “La ilaha illallah Muhammadur Rasulullah”. Some people call Israel theoretical, although Israel’s name is also national, and its foundation and purpose are national. Gathering the Jewish nation here is its primary purpose. Thus, this theoretical country is definitely not Israel but a Zionist Jewish country that divides humanity.

One of the renowned English newspapers in the world, Tribune, revealed the facts in its publication of November 22, 2023. In 1939, Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah sent Chaudhry Khalique-uz-Zaman and Abdul Rahman Siddiqui to Britain to participate in the Round Table Conference of the British Government so that they could inform the participants of the Round Table Conference of the All-India Muslim League’s stance that the British White Paper was against the facts, which mentioned the establishment of the Israeli state. Quaid-e-Azam emphasized that only one state should be established there, and that is the Palestinian state, which is the majority of the Palestinians. Therefore, the All-India Muslim League supports it and demands the establishment of the Palestinian state.

Readers: Currently, the Saudi authorities are proceeding with great caution regarding this issue. Some international forces aim to sow confusion among Saudi Arabia and other Arab nations regarding Palestine, attempting to shift this conflict to Saudi Arabia, Mecca, and Medina. These are the centers and cradles of Islam, and the eyes of the unbelieving world are focused on them, seeking to undermine Islam.

On this occasion, I offer prayers for the Saudi rulers, especially King Salman, Muhammad bin Salman, and other Saudi officials. May Allah Almighty protect them. Muhammad bin Salman and Salman bin Abdulaziz are actively thwarting the conspiracies of international forces and preventing the flames of war from reaching Palestine.

They are committed to safeguarding Mecca and Medina. When one surveys the world, the natural prayer arises: “O Allah, there is no better system of governance to be found in any other country. This honor belongs solely to the land of Mecca and Medina, Saudi Arabia. Despite the fierce hostility of the unbelievers, the Arabs and their rulers are blessed with the best system of governance.”
