AkzoNobel is embarking on the first-ever Paint the Future challenge and we’re now officially open for submissions. From now till 1 March 2019, we’re inviting innovators, challenge teams, institutions and industry experts to work together with us to discover sustainable business opportunities in the five key areas of:

  • Smart application
  • Enhanced functionality
  • Circular solutions
  • Life science infusion
  • Predictable performance

In line with this, I’ll be kicking off a mini-infographic series delving deep into each of the five topics, starting off with the first theme of ‘Smart Application’ this week. Applying paints and coatings can be challenging so we’re continuously looking at how we can improve our methods to offer more consistent results, create less waste and save on time and effort. Check out the infographic below to see where we can collaborate and innovate smarter applications:
