Paid HR Internship at Spark Academy

About the internship

Please note that it's an in-office internship only. Work will be at our Narayanaguda/ECIL location in Hyderabad.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Work closely with top management and help them facilitate day-to-day HR operations

2. Conduct training and onboarding sessions for faculty

3. Counsel students, staff, and parents

4. Aid in the end-to-end hiring process

5. Help in performance tracking, feedback, and review

Who can apply

Only those candidates can apply who:

1. are available for full time (in-office) internship

2. can start the internship between 26th Dec'23 and 30th Jan'24

3. are available for duration of 6 months

4. are from or open to relocate to Hyderabad and neighboring cities

5. have relevant skills and interests
