Position: HR Intern

Stipend: INR 10,000 per month (Job Offer available based on performance of 6 months)
Employment Type: Remote Internship (Mon to Sat 2pm to 10:30pm)
As an HR Intern at RankFast, you will have the unique opportunity to explore and understand the human resource functionalities in a leading SEO agency. You will be essential in helping us maintain and enhance our team, ensuring that our experts can continue to ensure our clients rank fast and effectively on search engines.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting in Recruitment Processes:
You will assist in the creation and posting of job ads, sorting and reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews and communication with candidates. Your involvement in these processes will help ensure we hire the most qualified professionals in the field.
Onboarding Assistance:
Play a key role in the seamless integration of new employees by helping prepare necessary materials and coordinating onboarding schedules and activities.
Maintaining Employee Records:
Contribute to the maintenance of accurate and comprehensive employee records, ensuring all documents are up-to-date and in compliance with relevant laws and standards.

Supporting Employee Engagement:
Help in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities and programs to boost morale and productivity within the team.
HR Project Management:
Work on important HR-related projects, such as creating an employee handbook, developing training programs, or researching industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
Current Enrollment in a Related Bachelor's or Master’s Degree:
Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Your ability to communicate effectively will facilitate smooth coordination and interactions within the HR team and other departments.
Attention to Detail:
Ensure all tasks are completed with utmost accuracy and efficiency, from maintaining records to coordinating schedules.
Initiative and Eagerness to Learn:
Proactive in asking questions, seeking out new tasks, and demonstrating a strong desire to learn and grow in the field of human resources.
Basic Knowledge of HR Processes and Best Practices:
Familiarity with basic HR roles and responsibilities, as well as a willingness to continually learn and adapt.
