Meet Stav Ben-Menashe, Onboarding Program Manager in the Product Department.?

Stav is responsible for leading the technical project of onboarding new partners.

Based in TLV with Jonathan, my fiancé and our beloved puppy, JoJo (the greatest!) I've always had a thing for tech, started fixing computers in the army, and handled highly classified tech systems. I studied Industrial Engineering and Management and then kicked it for a solid six years at Kaltura, a video tech company (yep, I really like stability), in various tech positions . For the past 3 years I've been a true proud Pagayan. As the Onboarding Program Manager, I entail translating customer requests into actionable steps for Pagaya and vice versa,? leading the technical efforts both with our partners and with our internal teams.?

How Did You Get into the Fintech Industry?

It wasn't planned at all. I was searching for new challenges, I wanted to learn a completely different world that I had never worked in before. I met Itay Ezra on one of my business trips, he told me about a fast paced growing company he would recommend me to check, and the rest is history … ???

What is One Major Accomplishment?

I led several onboarding projects, including Klarna, Westlake. But, the U.S. Bank project by no doubt stands out as a career milestone for me.

We worked around the clock to meet a deadline. To add to the challenge, the go-live happened just two weeks after the outbreak of the war in Israel. Despite the horror, panic, and unavoidable military disruptions, the fact that we successfully executed the project is an amazing accomplishment and an experience I will never forget.

Who Inspires You?

I'm inspired by people who always see the bright side of things and maintain a positive vibe in life. It motivates me to do the same.

Meet Elvina Subrahimovic, Treasury Analyst in the Finance Department.?

Elvina is responsible for managing the Corporate and SFR Funds transactions while working closely with external lenders and vendors to ensure optimization of liquidity.

I am a native New Yorker and have two awesome cats, Kiki (from Montenegro) and Lily (from Petco).

I joined Pagaya a year ago , working closely with both Corporate Treasury and SFR Treasury functions.

How Did You Get into the Fintech Industry?

Upon the completion of my BBA in Finance, I immediately was introduced to the Fintech industry. The Fintech space is super dynamic and innovative, offering exciting opportunities for someone like me, who is eager to learn and grow within it.

What is One Major Accomplishment?

I am a second-generation immigrant from Montenegro, but a first-generation college graduate. It’s an accomplishment I pride myself on because it was a goal I not only fulfilled for myself but for my parents as well.

Who Inspires You?

My mom, alongside all women, serves as a collective inspiration that drives me to become the best version of myself, embracing their strength, resilience, and wisdom. From overcoming challenges to breaking barriers, women continue to inspire me with their unwavering determination.
