Tell us about yourself?
I joined Pagaya in November 2022, after 9 years at McKinsey’s banking practice. My primary area of expertise is in consumer lending and payments. I am passionate about democratizing access to credit, and creating best-in-class consumer lending products and experiences. I have 2 amazing boys and a 3 months old puppy. I love wakeboarding, snowboarding, sailing, dancing, hiking, bike riding - and just having fun.?
How did you get into the Fintech industry?
I was in financial services for most of my professional life, so getting into fintech was a natural next step for me. After spending most of my career in consulting, I was looking for an opportunity to make a real tangible impact while also staying close to consumer lending. The opportunity to join Pagaya allowed me to stay in the forefront of consumer lending, while also learning about AI and capital markets - the best possible combination!
What is one major accomplishment?
My multidimensional life I guess. I enjoy my professional life while also having a great family, dedicating time to sports and other activities, traveling, and spending time with friends.?
A little girl born in a regular Ukrainian family right before the Soviet Union collapsed could never dream of what I have today.?
Who inspires you?
I am lucky to have the best mentors and friends who inspire andsupport me, including outstanding female leaders. What truly energizes me is their ability to live life to the fullest, try new things, explore uncharted territories, and never give up. Their focus on the end goal and impact is what I strive to emulate.

On a personal level, what brings me the most joy and fulfillment is raising my daughter, Noam, as a single mom.
How did you get into the Fintech industry?
I joined Pagaya two years ago and previously worked at NSO as the Director of Global Operations. From the moment I set foot in Pagaya's corridors and felt the energy, my decision became clearer that this is the right place for me.
What is one major accomplishment?
My team: Eden Baleli, Sapir Kaplawi, Sonya Gorodinski, Deborah Dabush, Yahel Zach, Omer Yaakobi, Gal Garazi and Neta Aizenfeld.
I am fortunate to have the opportunity to nurture and develop the individuals within my team, as well as those from my previous workplaces. Witnessing their career progression is truly fulfilling; knowing that some of my former employees are now leading operations in companies around the world fills me with immense pride.
Who inspires you?
I am extremely inspired and proud of the brave women who came to light following the events of October 7, showcasing multiple stories of heroism.
One example is Or Ben-Yehuda: 34 years old, a mother of 3, positioned as the commander of a mixed combat battalion (caracal). On October 7, she led her female and male fighters under fire to an outpost that was taken over by dozens of terrorists, returning it to Israeli control.
