Padmaja | Photo Finish Photography | Ageless Over 40 Photo Sessions - Celebrating Womens Portraiture

The beautiful Padmaja (40) recently visited our Lane Cove studio for her Ageless Over 40 portrait shoot to celebrate her 40th birthday and create some memorable pictures with her kids to remember down the line. As this was her first time being a model, she said she felt she lacked confidence being in front of the camera however with the right lighting and posing guidance, we taught her how to relax and showed her what was possible during the session.

Did anything surprise you throughout the session?

Yes of course, the lighting and background screens used for the photoshoot. Guidance around posture standing,sitting,hand and face.. Basically everything :)

How would you describe this experience?

It was an amazing experience with Olivia. I was initially very nervous but you made me feel comfortable. Adored the whole process and enjoyed the hospitality.

Very Happy

Would you recommend it to your family and friends?

Yes, absolutely!

What do you like most about your images?

Trying out different postures and waiting to see the images.

What do you love about life over 40?

I am in an interesting phase of Life. 40 differently marks a milestone year but personally has been a challenging year due to the separation process. I am doing things I never did before like the photoshoot and exploring places far or near where I have never been before. Living life in the moment and embracing every bit of what life is offering me.

What part of you feels ageless?

The values, inner strength and beliefs which define the soul are ageless to me. The soul has no age but the body ages.

What have you learned in your 40s that you would tell your younger self?

40 is new life to me.I wish I could hug my younger self and tell her you don't need to change anything and you are fine the way you are.
