The Padina Group Executive Consulting Services for Emerging Global Aerospace Transformation Announces Leadership Adjustment
The Padina Group/TPG, headquartered in Lancaster, Pennsylvania / USA, was formed to meet the rapidly increasing needs of global aerospace transformation. With the introduction of Unmanned Aircraft Systems (UAS), Commercial Space enterprises, Lighter-than-Air Systems and other new forms of aviation that require access to airspace currently used for civil use, TPG is uniquely positioned in providing senior executive consulting services to government agencies, industry and academia worldwide to assist clients in either entering the marketplace or sustaining or strengthening existing positions.
Since 2015 Frank Paskiewicz has been a Senior Partner along with John Walker as TPG principals with over 75 years of United States Government and industry experience. Both John and Frank held Senior Executive Service positions within the Federal Aviation Administration in the Air Traffic Operations and Aircraft Certification directorates respectively.
After six successful years with TPG, Mr. Paskiewicz departed TPG to join MissionGO / Unmanned Systems, located in Baltimore, Maryland, as the Executive Vice President, UAS Cargo Operations. MissionGO is a forwarding leaning UAS company, recognized as one of the most promising Baltimore Tech Companies in 2021. MissionGO’s core business is producing Unmanned Aircraft System (UAS) Solutions for Utility Inspections, Critical Medical and Commercial Cargo, and Market-Leading Training for Operators.

I have always enjoyed working with The Padina Group, and Frank Paskiewicz always brought keen wisdom to bear at precisely the right moment.
