Last month, I had my first experience trying to paddleboard on a lake.

I've paddleboarded before on moving water where I was just sitting instead of trying to stand. This time, I wanted to stand up, as I was eager to attempt yoga poses on the board. Unfortunately, I kept falling down. Over and over and over and over again. Ugh!
