Packing and shipping of herringbone gear shaft

After nearly 150 days of processing and production, the HERringbone gear shaft undertaken by our company has completed the last step of packaging and is ready for delivery. The roll is the main equipment on the rolling line of a steel mill. The herringbone gear shaft, which is responsible for the main drive, is the key part of the mill. The herringbone gear shaft works under high and heavy load for a long time, so it has a particularly high quality requirement.

This batch of herringbone gear shaft, each length about 3.2 meters, weight about 3 tons. In order to prevent the gear shaft from rolling during transportation, we use wood clamp packaging to fix the gear shaft. Apply antirust oil to the shaft and cover the gear shaft with a tarpaulin to keep them from rusting. In the key way and other machining precision requirements of high places to prevent bumping, we use black rubber leather wrapped, to protect.
