@PostdocTransformation on Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest & Podcasts ?? I coach scientists to leap into business & small business owners to create marketing & sales content - according to their vision of life
Dear CreatingReorganizer,
people do not want to be bored. They may need the same content again, but they won't like the same style from yesterday.
So, once you have determined your pillars and timing for your evergreen, niche content, let's look at the packaging.
While you can repurpose to some extent to other platforms, most of your audience, your ideal client avatar, consumes your content on their preferred social platform. I only have a fraction who follow me on more than 2 platforms, they usually follow me because they like me, not necessarily because I create #PostdocTransformation content for scientists leaping into business. Rather, they may want to understand, how I reorganized my content creation. And that's why I created this newsletter for them and my other business friends who ask me, how I can have this huge creative output even before I used AI for producing my podcast, which has been admittedly, a game changer.
But back to the meat of this newsletter:
As a professor in the lecture with numerous students, I understand, that I need to engage my students so that they can consume and digest my content in achieving their goals. So, my content needs to be relatable and memorable.
Every biopsychology lecture I end with the same sentence (apart from thank you for listening and staying with me for the whole lecture, LOL): "Emotions are the glue for learning". So, if you want your ideal client avatar to learn that your service or product is the best solution for their problem, you need to capitalize on emotions, for example
TikTok is my place to be for finding no. 1 and 2.
And then you can mix it, from my video with audio on Instagram, Pinterest or TikTok, I can create a text-only image post for LinkedIn, X or threads. Some say, videos work well on specific platforms, some say the opposite. I say, test it ypi have nothing to lose. If now one watches your content in that package, repackage and try again next month or so. If your content is evergreen, that won't hurt, as the repackaging won't be noticed (very few people saw your first version, remember?).
Now, I could embed my different content types - let me know in the comments of this newsletter, if you want some examples. I always say to my students in real life, you must develop your own style by applying my recommendations.
P. S. If you want to know, why I use podcast interviews as my content driver and use AI-ingested tools, let me know in the comment!
