THE PACK Plaza is a pop-up space within existing automotive fairs

The electric two-wheeler industry is a rapidly growing and underestimated market. That's why THE PACK plans to make appearances at multiple automotive events in 2025, with the goal of introducing electric motorbikes and mopeds to a larger audience.

Since 2017, our international online platform THE PACK has been promoting the latest form of two wheeler e-mobility. And now, with THE PACK Plaza, we have an exciting opportunity to showcase real-life solutions to the public. The experience is complete with test rides for anyone interested. Our focus is not only on current motorcycle riders but also on potential clients who are tired of being stuck in traffic, recreational riders, off-roading enthusiasts, and even those looking for last-mile transportation solutions. The technology has made it incredibly easy to ride these lightweight electric vehicles. In Belgium for instance, you can even legally ride an 11 kW motorbike (which is comparable to a traditional 125cc motorbike) using your car license - making it accessible to even more people.

THE PACK Plaza / EV Experience / 26-28 September 2024

In the 2024 edition of EV Experience, we want to showcase the advantages of electric motorcycles and mopeds. These compact vehicles are ideal for maneuvering through crowded cities and beyond. We partnered with THE PACK "Electric Motorcycle News" to present THE PACK Plaza, which will feature a variety of startups for the public to explore," says Maarten Pompen , the visionary behind EV Experience.

Guy Salens, founder of THE PACK, spoke with enthusiasm as he shared details about the upcoming event in September. "We have a fantastic line-up already confirmed for our light electric vehicle showcase and we are in ongoing negotiations with even more potential participants," he exclaimed. Belgium Auto Show 2025

During the first month of 2024, THE PACK Plaza debuted at the inaugural Brussels Auto Show (BAS) with a massive electric hub covering over 300 square meters. The event attracted a crowd of 122,000 individuals, and BAS organizer Ronald van den Broek has already announced plans for a follow-up show in Ghent next year.

Ronald: "In 2025, the Brussels Auto Show will undergo a name change and become known as the Belgium Auto Show. The location will also be moved to Flanders Expo in Ghent, where there will be over 70,000 square meters of space for an unparalleled car exhibition. Exciting features such as the Car Catwalk, showcasing hypercars and supercars, will return, along with a new outdoor Action Arena featuring rally car demos, stunts, and drift shows. Visitors can expect to see new car models and contributions from local and regional distributors, as well as numerous exhibitors from the aftermarket, leasing, and accessories industries. Additionally, THE PACK Plaza will feature the latest electric motorbikes and mopeds."

Guy: "In Brussels, a variety of manufacturers of light electric vehicles presented their solutions. The turnout was impressive, with even die-hard fans of traditional gas-powered vehicles showing interest in these eco-friendly options. Attendees shared their personal stories and experiences, some of whom were pleasantly surprised to learn that all the vehicles on display were electric.
