Don’t cave in to sugary drinks, these trendy concoctions are a great healthy alternative when regular H20 gets stale. Plus, added fresh ingredients also make infused water a great source of antioxidants, vitamins, and other great nutrients.
Infusing water can require a little bit of patience, though. Make sure you let your creations sit for at least a couple of hours (or overnight) before pouring a glassful.
