I always want it done yesterday -- working at FULL STEAM and my post a year ago was ACT NOW.

But I need to ADJUST. I need to ADJUST my PACING. Too slow and you miss the OPPORTUNITIES. But too fast and you don't have the STAMINA to maintain.

But the real challenge is figuring out how to ADJUST my PACING to fit a group.
