Since starting Grosvenor Workspace Solutions 25 years ago, I had one thing in mind - to provide an office refurbishment service at an affordable price. ?? Unlike many of our competitors, as the main contractor, we buy materials directly from manufacturers and then employ direct labour or labour-only sub-contractors, thus no mark-ups on mark-ups resulting in average savings for our clients between 15-20%

?? We have space planning; estimating; project management; site management all in-house, again maximises our overall efficiency and communication skills

?? Being a small firm, we have low overheads, so our Preliminaries on-site can be up to 50% less than larger firms, which at the end of the day is “fresh-air”, i.e. you don’t see and/or touch this element of the works after you move in..!

?? We can even spread our low-cost Fit-Outs over 3-5 year lease terms, thus helping your most valuable cashflow
