Upon receipt of invoice, I paid this amount on 2-May-24, expecting to receive them in 2-3 months. Till today, nothing delivered Emailed Jay O’Leary more than 10x but go NO reply Sales manager, Henry Berman in Oct-24, offered to channel my concerns to the CEO. Kevin York. But again no reply from him. I figured out Kevin York email and sent him 3 emails in Jan, to ask for refund as my customer had cancelled this order. Again NO reply.
