Ozone tower and Ozone mixing device for RO Plant

Green Aqua Filling machine as the producer of Ro plant for more years will introduce the difference of the Ozone tower and Ozone mixing device!

First the following picture is the ozone tower.Also call ozone water tank.It's material is SUS304 Or SUS316.The ozone enters the bottom of the oxidation tower through a pipeline, passes through an aerator, and emits other microbubbles through the microporous bubbler. The bubbles fully dissolve the ozone in the water as they rise. Water is scattered from the top of the ozone tower and flows away naturally from the top of the ozone tower. Ensure sufficient time for ozone and water to mix. To make the sterilization effect more accurate, the top is equipped with exhaust gas discharge and overflow port to ensure that the excess ozone will not stay indoors. Affect staff production. The overflow port ensures that when the water inside the mixing tower is full, the water will not flow back to the ozone generator and damage the ozone generator.

2nd is the Ozone U Shape mixing device:to mix ozone and water into pipes.This is more simple and save cost.
