It’s hot.

Too hot if anything.

I much prefer weather where I can put a jumper on and not spend the entire day sweating and lurking in the Sainsbury’s chiller aisle to cool down. But then on the other hand, I do like pub beer gardens. Which is where I have a feeling a lot of people spent time this week.?

We’re speaking to increasing amounts of people who are really happy in their current role. They’re being treated well and don’t feel the need to discuss other opportunities. We love this (through really gritted teeth) as it means our industry is beginning to realise what they need to do to look after people.

The main theme is the fact people are trusted and empowered to do what they do best, they’re not micromanaged. It seems relatively simple really.

Not sure about you, but we have seen a huge decrease in response rates to InMails. We genuinely try and make them relevant, interesting and with purpose, but we're just not getting the responses.
