Owning your Light happens from the inside out.
First of all you need to let go of the unsupportive thoughts that are no longer serving you, so you can create more attention towards the light that is already there.
By nurturing something in the present, your brain will amplify the magnitude of this, filtering out more of the same in your reality. Isn’t that cool?
‘Whatever you resist, persist‘
because (subconsciously) it’s getting a lot of attention.
‘What you pay attention to, grows.’
These 2 catchphrases highlight the importance of being mindful where you focus your thoughts on, since they play an important role in what you attract and how you feel.
That’s why I worked out a very easy exercise that you can do daily to support you in getting more conscious about your own thoughts and what you are nurturing during the day, in order to connect with your inner light and to let it shine.
Stepping into your Light in 5 simple steps:
1. Feel your feet on the ground to get out of your head and into your body
2. Breathe consciously through your nose deep into your stomach to center
3. Connect with your inner core by focusing on your heart area - Feel the Light energy in and around your heart
4. Fill up your entire body with this Light/energy
5. Expand your Light by visualizing the energy flow through your pores and surrounding your body with this all encompassing Light. Fill up the entire room with your Light and feel how peaceful you are.
Connect with your inner Light as often as you can,
and you are always one, whole and home. ??
