Ownership is my drive
? I started at Altran Belgium three and a half years ago as business development manager of the solution center. One year later I transferred to the Life Sciences division, my objective was to build up the solution center with Life Sciences clients. We developed our activities in supply chain, operational excellence and EHS generating new opportunities at key clients and attracting additional accounts. Wining business as a team was the key, close collaboration with team managers and solution managers was part of my daily life.
Currently, I’m Key Account Manager for Telecom. I work closely with team managers, solution managers, directors, international colleagues & programs office which allows for a seamless work experience. Daily collaboration with colleagues on a national and international level really stimulates me. Some colleagues have even become friends, we appreciate a nice beer and do multiple activities outside of work.
We work around strong human values that are also reflected in the way we approach the business. Together we can find solutions and bring the right expertise to face and resolve our clients’ problems. We continuously push to leverage added value for our client and their customers.
Today in telecom we bring added-value, through expertise such as agile methodologies, digital, software factory and process excellence. Our scope varies from sector specific expertise to transversal activities of our solution center, we also work closely with Altran’s World Class Center- Innovation & Design.
Working with an extensive network opens new horizons, thanks to the connections that we obtain through our directors we already have a foot in the door and this is very inspiring for me in building up my personal network.
