The leader was frustrated about not making the cut as a senior leader and felt she needed to emulate certain qualities her boss displayed. She felt that would do it. She struggled.?Never once, until that coaching conversation, did she give a thought as to the leadership qualities that came from being a woman and how that can lend itself to organization's success. The value that feminine attributes can lend to an Organisation's success is as important as the masculine attributes. She decided to play to your strengths, own her own leadership style. I didn't miss the excitement in her voice as we closed the call.

How many women leaders aspire to be like their male counterparts?

What would it take to own, embrace and celebrate what is you??

The world needs both energies!!!
