Who’s created a lot of shit in their lives?

The biggest challenge for many people when it comes to owning their power and actually stepping into their power, is because they’re so busy giving other people their power, they become powerless.
So how do people give power to others?
By blaming them.
“Well it’s your fault that everything turned to shit’’. Okay I just gave you my power.
“Well you don’t understand, my dad used to talk really badly to me’’. Okay I’m going to give my dad all my power.
It may not be your fault but it is completely your responsibility. You just haven’t realised it yet.
One of the greatest decisions that you ever make will be to accept full and total personal responsibility. Then no one has the power anymore except for you.
