Own It: Your Health, Your Future

This is not a New Year's resolution—this is real. This is about moving forward, taking charge, and reshaping how we think about health, wellness, and the systems that support them.

When I started Planetary Health First Mars Next, it wasn’t just about a name or a concept. It was about scratching my own itch, satisfying my curiosity, and pushing toward a future that seems inevitable—a future where we live beyond Earth, on the Moon, and Mars.

I believe that in the near future, by 2045, we will all have personal robotic assistants, and caregiving as we know it will transform. This isn’t science fiction; it’s progress.

The Healthcare System: A Call for Change

Our current healthcare system is deeply flawed. Did you know the average family spends nearly $34,000 a year on health plans? Imagine if that money were saved or invested—it could transform financial stability within a decade.

The system is riddled with inefficiencies and conflicts of interest. Big insurance companies and PBMs (pharmacy benefit managers) profit at the expense of patients. They take a 30% cut of every prescription and own the pharmacies they regulate. This isn’t healthcare—it’s exploitation.

My Commitment to Health

I’m personally committed to taking control of my health through diet, exercise, and innovative tools. I’m diving into practices like cold plunges, ice baths, intermittent fasting, and weighted vest training. I’ll be sharing resources, references, and insights into cutting-edge companies that empower individuals to take ownership of their health.

I’m interested in:

  • Personalized health and fitness: Labs, diet plans, exercise routines, and recommendations tailored to you.
  • Streamlined health plans: Solutions that eliminate waste and inefficiencies in traditional health insurance.
  • Health-conscious living: Identifying and eliminating harmful chemicals and dyes in our food and environment.

So what am I doing?

These are the supplements that I take daily, I just added another Magnesium Glycinate. I also probably will be taking Nitric Oxide. Yes, just about every male older than 30 years old has low T. Way better to do it with natural supplements before TRT. I also had chronic back issues from a surfer accident. Wish it was more glamorous but I was getting my wetsuit off, yanking it while all the unrealizing stepping on it..YANG, that was when I blew my lower back out. Physical therapy, stretching…and these supplements of Turmeric, CoQ10 and Glucosamine with MSM, I think were critical to naturally restoring my back and metabolic health to recovery.

health is personal..right

Fish and more fish, Green Tea is really good for you…and 2-3 shots a day of Apple Cider Vingar in water….

Apple cider vinegar (ACV) has been a popular natural remedy for centuries, with a variety of purported health benefits. While many of these claims are supported by anecdotal evidence, some have been backed by scientific research. Here’s a breakdown of the potential health benefits: 1. Aiding Digestion ? ACV may help increase stomach acidity, which can improve digestion and help the body break down food more effectively. ? Some people use it to reduce symptoms of indigestion, bloating, or acid reflux. 2. Blood Sugar Control ? Studies suggest that ACV can improve insulin sensitivity and lower blood sugar levels after meals, which can be particularly beneficial for people with type 2 diabetes or insulin resistance. 3. Weight Management ? ACV may help with weight loss by promoting a feeling of fullness, leading to reduced calorie intake. ? Acetic acid, the main component of ACV, has been shown to reduce fat storage and suppress appetite in animal studies. 4. Heart Health ? ACV may lower cholesterol and triglyceride levels, as well as reduce blood pressure, thereby supporting cardiovascular health. 5. Antimicrobial Properties ? ACV has antibacterial and antifungal properties, which may help fight infections, improve skin conditions, and aid in wound healing. ? It can also be used as a natural remedy for bad breath or sore throat. 6. Skin Health ? Diluted ACV is often used as a natural toner to balance skin pH, reduce acne, and soothe irritated skin. ? Its antibacterial properties may help prevent skin infections. 7. Improved Immune Function ? The probiotics in raw, unfiltered ACV (which contains the “mother”) may support gut health, which plays a key role in a robust immune system. 8. Detoxification ? ACV is sometimes used in detox routines to support liver function and flush out toxins. 9. Alleviating Sore Throat and Congestion ? Gargling with diluted ACV can soothe a sore throat due to its antimicrobial properties. ? It is also used in steam inhalation for nasal congestion relief. 10. Supporting Healthy Hair ? An ACV rinse can help balance scalp pH, reduce dandruff, and leave hair shinier and less frizzy. Precautions ? Always dilute ACV before consumption or topical use to avoid irritation or damage to teeth and tissues. ? Excessive consumption can lead to low potassium levels or negatively impact bone health.
