Own It...
The idea of "own it" speaks of integrity to me.
And.
The successful people I respect, value, and try to surround myself with all have something in common.
The Own It.
What does that mean in regards to "doing less in order to become even more productive" (the promise of each edition for this newsletter)?
The Problem: I Deflect Stuff...
This week, imagine we are on in a bar somewhere.
I am drinking a soda. What about you and what kind of bar are we in -- a big one, a little hole in the wall, or ???
ME: "Hey, how are you?"
YOU: "I deflect stuff."
You've been there. Maybe you are right now (as you are scrolling through LinkedIn and reading this article).
I want you to think about ONE way you could OWN IT if you feel scattered (or have deflected stuff in the past).
Why?
Because...
The good always seems easy to own.
The bad, meh, not so much (EXCEPT for people with high integrity).
The stuck. Ah. Here is where you can completely lean into it.
Move forward. Yeah. Do that.
The Actionable Tip: Own It
Really.
Good. Bad. Stuck. Move forward.
Whatever.
Own it.
In the comments, please share?ONE?actionable tip how you "Own It" in order to do less and become more productive.
I look forward to learning from you!
Thank you
