Own the Grounded Clarity

Own the grounded clarity in this shitstorm decade.

You don't have to be a strategist to see that systems are collapsing.

Industry playbooks that are no longer hitting the mark.

There are more divergent views, from more people, on more topics, than we've ever experienced.

There are technologies stacking on one another, with implications that are so profound, you and I are guessing.

?

The more experts I speak to, the more I know that we really can't tell.

?

In the middle of times like this, it can be counterintuitive.

It will make a lot more sense looking back at this time and this decade.

It might be 20 years.

?If you recall all the views and the uncertainty around the Y2K and the internet bubble and what we can see so clearly now.

But it may also be 100 years. If you think about the 1920s and the social and political and technological movements that were emerging at that time that played out for the rest of the century.

?

What I suggest is create grounded clarity yourself.

Make space to be still while others are anxious.

Accept that we're all in the middle of this disruptive phase.

Surround yourself with people that care and inspire you.

YOU CAN OWN GROUNDED CLARITY NOW.
