Own expectations inspire you!

I have had my own dreams and expectations from my own self which keep me motivated and inspired. Mainly trying not to judge myself against other people. I have goals that I want to achieve in life but I have to remember that not everyone starts in the same place.

Sometimes it frustrated me. Where I am compared to where I want to be. But I have to remember that everyone is in their own lane and on their own path. I am doing the best I can with what I have. We are all dealt a different hand. We all have a different personality as well and we all have different skills.

To tell you frankly that I come from a situation where we didn’t have a lot of growing up and I want to make sure that I am secure in life and that my family is OK as well. I work very hard because it makes me feel good to progress in life. I haven’t had a great support system in life. My family isn’t very ambitious. But I think it’s extremely important surround yourself with a good support group even if that means only one person who believes in you.

Mainly focus on them let them support you fully. Sometimes this can be bad because it can motivate you to do things that aren’t in your best interest. But if you’re having trouble pushing yourself towards success and going where you want to go, having negative influence is only going to make that worse.

Since my childhood, when I was in my school days and a fine member of art club of our school. one day we went to art competition, few members of art club including me, which was being held in a town next to us. Soon we reached there and the comp. started. After an hour i finished my drawing which was looking pretty decent ( i did a pencil shading on it). To which a fellow member of mine reviewed and exclaimed " “ Hey what have you done? i don’t know what you drew but this isn't looking good. you surely don’t know how to shade. It's better for you not to expect for any prize cause you won't get one for this garbage.”

Then the other competition, two months later, and a state level competition, there was my school friend who stood first. And that person was clapping for me during the prize distribution. I don’t know why was he happy this time? when in 11th grade my friend went for IIT JEE coaching and one day during the class, the teacher was giving us some numerical. One after the another the topper was answering them all. To one easy question i was the first to answer, to my surprise which was really wrong.

I tell you if you are not really passionate within yourself then, sorry to say my dear friends you can’t actually succeed in your life. Motivation is the only source for success and nothing is better than self motivation. The secret of getting success is to getting ahead with your own inspiration and the secret of getting ahead is to set your goals and achieve it regularly. Everyone has some goals in their lives and it is not wrong to say we have multiple goals at same time like relationship goals, financial goals, career goals, etc. Having so many goals at a time can divert a person very easily.

Sometimes, however if we are lacking in achieving goals we started feeling unmotivated. We feel like to give up on our goals and this is the main reason behind our unsuccessful life. We need something to keep us motivated. There are so many ways described by various people to keep ourselves motivated like nowadays inspirational lectures are conducted, there are so many motivational videos available on the internet, etc but they are not enough to get that motivation in us. I agree, after going through a motivational session we feel motivated but that motivation stays only for some time. It is only the self motivation which helps you all the time.
