OWN IT!

OWN IT!

The first step to honing a business growth mindset is to embody your leadership role from the get-go.

One big mistake many new online entrepreneurs make is thinking that their business only really exists once they start getting clients or making money. But guess what? The moment you start taking action towards your dreams and launch your online venture, you officially become a business owner.

It's time to fully embrace that identity and step into the role of a leader right from the get-go.

What do you reply when someone asks what you do?

A lot of new coaches I meet answer this question in a shy manner, looking down and giving an entire explanation about what they used to do and why they decided to become coaches. It's like they feel they need to explain to people the reason why they decided to become coaches in the first place.

Instead of feeling unsure or playing down your efforts, stand tall and confidently say, "I am a coach, and I run an online coaching business!" Owning that title fills you with pride and sets the stage for future success.

Now, being a business owner isn't just about saying it; it's about living and breathing the entrepreneurial spirit. That means putting in the work, promoting yourself and your brand, and not being shy about showcasing what you've got to offer. That's how you step into your leadership.

But here's the thing: success in the online business world isn't just about having a great product or service. It's about being willing to try new things, adapt, and keep on improving. This might mean testing out different ways to market your business, listening to what your customers say, or even exploring new markets. Stay flexible and open-minded, and never stop looking for ways to grow.

Give yourself and your business the permission to refine, improve, and to find your sweet spot.

In my own business journey, for example, I had to redefine myself and my offers many times until I found exactly what I was best at, who the clients I wanted to work with, and how I could improve my processes & services. I am also constantly trying new things, promoting my business, and testing ways to engage with my public better.

Sure, there will be challenges along the way. The majority of businesses take some good time to ramp up, every single business has low and high seasons, and every single entrepreneur has to face those moments. But what sets the successful ones apart is their determination to keep going, learn from their mistakes, and keep pushing forward.

So, remember this: success starts with owning your business. Embrace your inner entrepreneur, seize every opportunity, and never forget the incredible potential that lies within you. With dedication and a little courage, there's no telling how far you can go in the exciting world of online entrepreneurship. So go ahead, OWN IT, step into your leadership, and let your entrepreneurial spirit shine!

Cheers!
