Insightful Ian and couldn't agree more with your sentiment. I think too often we're easily swayed to not do the workout or training in favour of something easier. It's not we don't have time it's we have easier options. I see "time" as being of the main barriers to people getting healthy. It's one of the reasons I started Your Coach (take a look and give us a follow, some nuggets of helpful advice there). Keep fighting the good fight and helping get people to their goals mate.
