Overview of Tacklit Platform Capability

The Tacklit platform is an end-to-end operating system for the delivery of mental and behavioural healthcare. It brings together the clinical, operational and financial aspects of care delivery, streamlining care so that client experience is improved and clinicians can focus on what they do best.

The platform can be adopted on an end-to-end basis for a given service, or individual modules can be used to plug capability gaps in an existing technology ecosystem.

But what can Tacklit actually do? In this article, we share our Capability Map, which we have found to be very useful when discussing this with customers.

The map covers a generic care pathway, starting from Intake and Triage, via Care Delivery, and through to Discharge and Reporting. For each step in the care pathway, the various capabilities are laid out as individual blocks. The map also includes foundational elements, such as Security and AI.
