Windows
NVDA and JAWS are screen readers of choice for many on Windows. the usage of both is nearly the same. NVDA is free and open-source, and JAWS on the other hand is proprietary.
Narrator - is a default screen reader built-in Windows from version 10, which is not as popular as NVDA or JAWS (a recent study by WebAIM shows it has only 0.7% of all their respondents)
MacOS / iOS
VoiceOver is a default screen reader on Apple devices (macOS, iOS). iPhone's VoiceOver supports different inputs as well as on-screen braille.
Android
TalkBack is a default screen reader on Android. It supports different input methods, as well as on-screen braille.
