An Overview of Quility B2B
Greg Sabala is the Vice President of Quility B2B – a subsidiary of Quility Insurance Holdings. He has over 28 years of experience in the life insurance industry and has focused most of his efforts towards improving the agent experience. We recently sat down with Greg to learn more about the origins of Quility B2B and how this division is making a splash in the world of wholesale insurance.
To start, what brought you to Quility?
It was a unique situation. The company I had been working with had two divisions – banking and brokerage. Come Covid, they decided to terminate the brokerage division. Fortunately, I had a decades-long working relationship with Quility founder, Brian Pope, who quickly brought not only me on board, but my entire team as well.
How has your overall experience been so far?
I knew immediately Quility was the right fit for me. The energy of the company is fun and electric. The owners care. They’ve created a culture that encourages creativity and innovation over corporate rigidity. We all feel connected to the impact of our work and that alignment across departments and divisions creates a super positive environment. I wake up every day excited to go to work.
You and your team joined Quility in 2020. Is that when Quility B2B was launched?
Yes. When we came on board in 2020, Quility’s wholesale division was formalized under the name Quility B2B. We had a lot of work ahead of us, and we knew the importance of building a strong foundation. Those first couple years were intense; everyone doing a little bit of everything. As time went on, though, we were able to create more clearly defined roles. The B2B division is now made up of national sales specialists as well as contracting, commissions and case management teams.

What excites you most about Quility B2B right now?
What’s exciting is that we put in the work that was needed to create a strong foundation, and now we’re poised for radical growth. Each month, the B2B division continues to increase by roughly 15-20% due to growth in new and existing accounts as well as larger case designs. We’ve established a reputation for bringing ease, speed and clarity to the life insurance industry, and now we’re being sought after by individuals and organizations who know we’ll deliver on products and superior case management. 2025 is going to be an expansive year and we’re ready for it.
