An Overview of The Integral Agile Transformation Framework

Recently I had the chance to participate in the initiative “IBM Talent Connect” by leading a workshop with the topic: “An Overview of The Integral Agile Transformation Framework (IATF)” developed by Ken Wilber and thousands of worldwide practitioners.

The IATF meta-framework is composed by four quadrants – applied specifically to Agile organizational transformations – and are characterized as follows:

·????? Leadership & Mindset (I)

·????? Practices & Behavior (IT)

·????? Organizational Culture & Relationships (ITS)

·????? Organizational Architecture (WE)

We applied gamification to learn about the 4 quadrants, all the ludic activities allowed participants to have a better understanding of: purpose, benefits, and constraints of each of the quadrants. I have to say, the best part of this workshop was that everyone had fun in all the activities we planned; and we created thoughtful discussions, new connections in their Network, and a new perspective about the Agile Transformation in Agile organizations.
