9 年Wow... it's been a lifetime of putting down live-in aides. This is really no different than the woman refusing to give out marriage licenses despite the law of the land. What do aides have to do to prove their worth, their value???? What am I missing????? Billions are spent in cosmetics!!! Is mascara more valuable than aide work? Really...! We really need to pay them for all that HARD WORK! Even at minimum wage plus overtime, this is a huge value to our society, our elders, our disabled, our kids. They will spend the money or the family will step up. Don't hate... appreciate!
