Overthinking = Procrastination. Do This Instead

Hey,

What a weekend!

We rounded off the Elephant Challenge in some style on Saturday.

Tons of newbies learnt how to find deals.

Not just any deals…

…but ones you could make money from.

I don’t know of any other FREE challenge that takes someone who is brand new…

….and in a matter of 3 days, gives you the skills to

• Pick a market with the right investing conditions.
• Find deals before they even hit the market.
• Prove that the deal is profitable.
• Connect you with potential partners who will pay you good money for bringing the deal to them.
• And much, much more…

Here’s what frustrates me though.

I only had 3 days to guide you through those steps.

For some people that’s enough.

Just being with me for that short period of time lit a fuse inside of them…

….and now they are running fast and furious finding more and more deals.

Expect to see them highlighted success stories in the not too distant future.

But not everyone grasps the concepts that quickly.

And even if they do, fewer still will take immediate action.

Why?

It’s because they overthink it.

Now that’s understandable.

If you’re completely new to real estate, you’ll want to understand as much as you can before you dive in.

That’s ok…

…to a point.

But there comes a time when you have enough information…

…and all you’ve got to do is get started.

That’s where you got to at the end of the Elephant Challenge.

You have enough information to start doing the things you need to do to begin to crush it in real estate.

But if you don’t start taking action, what ends up happening is a common killer to dreams of all kinds…

…overthinking.

Rather than do something and potentially make a mistake…

…it feels SAFER to think just a little bit longer.

I see it ALL the time.

It frustrates me because I know just how close you are to getting what you want from real estate.

Fortunately I’ve discovered the solution.

I’d like to say I came up with it through my own brilliance.

But as you know, even I can be a knucklehead sometimes!

No.

I stumbled across it by accident.

As I built my community, I started to see more and more people take action.

These were people who had fallen into the overthinking trap when they were trying to work out what to do on their own.

But once they got around a bunch of other people who were taking consistent action, something dramatically changed for them.

It was like a switch inside had been flipped from “THINKING MODE”...

… to “MASSIVE ACTION MODE”.

And from there, their success snowballed.

That’s why you’ll see so many of my Gator community support you in the Elephant Challenge.

They know the power of being around action takers.

So they flood the Elephant Challenge to give you a taste of what that’s like.

Believe it or not, they’re there to support, encourage and inspire you.
