Overseas Sales Manager

Location: ?Shenzhen?and Pakistan

Salary: base: 15-25k plus sales commission

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the customer development and sales of e-cigarette full solution products, and complete the sales target;

2. Coordinate and arrange the development of overseas customer resources, lead the overseas team to complete the annual work indicators, and be responsible for team management;

3. Responsible for maintaining good relations with overseas customers and related units, carrying out cooperation, promoting business development, and responsible for visiting, receiving and maintaining relationships with important customers;

4. Collect and sort out industry information such as policies, friends, and market information in overseas regions, analyze market dynamic data, guide business promotion and expansion, and provide basis and rationalization suggestions for superior leaders to make decisions;

5. Effectively communicate and cooperate with various departments, promote the implementation of orders, and conduct business guidance and business assessment for team members;

6. Pay attention to overseas exhibitions and summits, do a good job in brand promotion and customer mining, and grasp the cutting-edge trends of the market;

7. Complete other tasks.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor degree or above, major in marketing/international trade/business English/electronics is preferred, fluent in English, cab drive;

2. More than 5 years of sales experience, at least 3 years of overseas sales experience in e-cigarette or 3C electronic consumer industry;

3. Familiar with overseas policies in the field of e-cigarette/electronic consumption, and be able to make corresponding product planning, certification requirements, and market strategy layout for the regional market;
