1) There are no overqualified employees, only under-reported age discrimination.

Cannot agree more.. sometimes a good employee can motivate the whole team, not only by technical knowledge but also by attitude and spirit. “Good” doesn’t always mean “expensive”. In this case the good employee got salary but what he/she brings to company is priceless.
