I'm delighted to welcome Kayako's business customers worldwide from Think3 to the CopperTree family. My team at CopperTree has decades of experience in supporting customer service solutions for thousands of SMBs. The addition of Kayako rounds out the simplest multi-channel customer service solution in the world.

Your route to getting help from us for Kayako has not changed:

Our first priority for Kayako is system stability, and training our expanded customer support and customer success teams. I hope you have already begun to feel the positive effect of this investment in the last month.

To save time and money, many of our customers are now upgrading from Kayako Classic on Demand to the new Kayako Cloud. The Customer Success team at CopperTree has recently carried out lots of these upgrades successfully.

Your Kayako Prime benefits have not changed. You can still access the full library of software products you had with Think3 for free. I'm excited to tell you about the great new software additions to your Prime library soon. If your team isn't making the most of Prime, you are missing out. Ask our Customer Success team for advice about it.

The techies amongst you will appreciate the news that we're now shipping product with every code merge. This is a big change to our dev approach and results in fixes and enhancements coming to customers much more quickly than before.

Before we review the product roadmap, however, I want to hear from you. Please look out for a feedback survey next week in your inbox. Based on your valuable input, we'll put together some options and then ask for your guidance before we make any product changes.
