OVERCOMING WEIGHT-LOSS OBSTACLES

You’re likely to run into some weight-loss obstacles as you’re working through your our system.

Here are a five common obstacles and ways to get past them successfully.

OBSTACLE 1: MY FAMILY’S HEALTH GOALS DON’T ALIGN WITH MINE

There may be times where you aren’t quite getting the support with your health goals that you would like.

Your family might not be interested in the meal plan, or maybe you live by yourself.

Maybe you want to start working out, but your significant other just doesn’t have the time.

It’s true that people wanting to lose weight tend to see greater success when they have someone supporting them every step of the way.

Solution:

Turn to your Xyngular family. Your distributor sponsor is someone you can turn to for both answers to questions and support.

They know how your system works and can be there to make sure you get the most out of your journey. 

Never hesitate to reach out to other Xyngular friends either. Xyngular is a family, and we help and support our family members.

OBSTACLE 2: I DON’T HAVE TIME TO COOK  

Life is busy. And when you have a million things to get done in a day, cooking is the last thing you want to do.

Fast food or a microwavable meal is so much more convenient and easier on your time.

These options may make life a little easier, but since improved health is your goal, here’s a better option for you.

Solution: 

Start with your Xyngular meal plan and list out all the meals you’re going to eat for the week. Then take a day where you can block out some time and meal prep.

Cut up your veggies, cook your meat, and divide everything into containers for quick access.

You’ll find that meal prepping will save you a lot of time. You can come home from a long day of work and pull a meal out of the fridge because you’ve already put the work in.

OBSTACLE 3: I DON’T ENJOY WORKING OUT 

When it comes to losing weight, eating right is a big part of success, and when combined with exercise, you can see some really great results.

 Working out may not be something you enjoy doing, though.

It takes time, it can be expensive, and running or lifting weights just might not be your style.

Solution:

Experiment with exercise. The reason you might not enjoy working out is because you haven’t found something you enjoy yet. 

If you don’t like running, don’t do it. You can always try jump roping, cycling, or taking dance classes. 

If a lack of time is something that’s getting in the way of you exercising, try doing HIIT (high intensity interval training) workouts. They are quick workouts that are highly effective at burning calories and body fat.

As long as you are more active than you have been, you’ll make a difference.

OBSTACLE 4: I’VE GOT A LOT OF FOOD ALLERGIES

It can be difficult to follow a certain diet when you have specific allergies or nutritional needs. 

If you have allergies to certain foods, you’ll end up feeling worse than before you started any diet or plan.

Solution: 

Each Xyngular system comes with two different meal plans that fit your dietary needs.

If you find that one works with your food allergies more than the other, go with the one that works.

Feel free to leave out any foods you may be allergic to from your shopping list. 

You can always swap certain foods with similar substitutes as long as they align with the meal plan. 

The goal of your Xyngular system is to help you lose weight and improve your health, so make those dietary changes you need to, free from food allergies that will hinder your progress.

OBSTACLE 5: I LOSE MOTIVATION QUICKLY

Motivation is a key part to any weight-loss journey.

It’s easy for most people to find the motivation to start a new plan or diet, but that motivation can quickly fall short, especially if you haven’t seen any results. 

Fatigue, hunger, and a lack of support all contribute to a loss in motivation, but it can be easy to get it back.

Solution: 

Set short, daily goals or make your weight-loss/healthy journey a competition to liven things up.

Examples of daily goals can be reaching a certain number of steps or choosing a healthier alternative to your favorite treats for the day.

And you can have others join in to make it a competition. Compare those steps you’ve taken for the day with your friend or see who can make a new recipe with foods from your shopping list.

USE YOUR OBSTACLES TO STRENGTHEN YOU 

The amazing thing about your healthy journey is that it will strengthen you as you continue forward. 

Those obstacles that you face at the beginning will eventually become strengths to push you toward greater results and opportunities.
