When building a modern SaaS product, you want to pick stacks that have a large pool of candidates because the hourly rate is going to be more competitive.
The most common ones are TypeScript, React, and Node while AWS, Laravel, and Azure DevOps are familiar among enterprises like banks, oil companies, and healthcare companies.
Look for candidates that are driven and motivated to learn by themselves!
