OVERcoming Inertia

Dear Visionaries,
Yesterday, I wrote to you about my struggles against inertia and I asked a question.
"How do you overcome inertia?" I didn't get an answer. Well, maybe I did.
It was something like, "figure it out yourself." I did but I had help.
I'm subscribed to a newsletter called, "The Wealthy Consultant" authored by a very knowledgeable and yes, a very wealthy consultant, Taylor Welch.
As I scrolled my inbox, the title jumped out at me. "Adapt or die." I clicked on it without a thought.
The first line--"Great entrepreneurs are masters at overcoming inertia."
I could barely fix my eyes on it, with my entrepreneurial spirit waning and retreating into the need for security and surety.
I read on but only to be stopped in my tracks about half way down.
Perfection isn't required—decisiveness is.
That's it. I found the error in my ways.
Stop navigating from the cockpit of transition. That time has passed.
I'm no longer molten metal, waiting to be formed.
My path is already cemented, written in stone before I graced a single boardroom or earned the ear of a single visionary.
The decision has already been made and now it's time for intentional and decisive action.
Heres the message.
Take your own advice, it's usually spot on.
"In order to inherit your vision, you have to be willing to be made new.You must be willing to pick up that rock like the stone mason, to step into that prison and accept the fate of the chosen stone." - Darren K., LTV "The fate of the chosen stone."
