Former CEO, Credit Unions for Kids leader passes away

I was saddened to hear about the passing of former First Tech FCU President/CEO Thomas Sargent. Tom led First Tech for 25 years and was also a huge driving force behind Credit Unions for Kids, the charitable organization for credit unions nationwide supporting Children’s Miracle Network (CMN) Hospitals. Tom was the first credit union CEO to serve as chair of CMN Hospitals, and he established the first Credit Unions for Kids National Advisory Board, which is still active to this day. My condolences to his family, friends, and colleagues.
