Overcoming the “I have no time to work-out” Objection.

When training people the one reason why people tell me that cant train with me or in general is that they have no time to work-out.

The way you can get over this excuse is that you have to realize there is so many different ways of training. It is not by any means a one size fits all thing to do. For example, if you want to lose fat (see how I didn’t say weight) you can get more from a less time constraining exercise regime like HIIT where you will get more “bang for your buck “rather than going for a long jog on the elliptical (again notice no treadmill) which would be classified as LISS, There are so many different ways to get you to your goal that there is no reason to think that you need to stick to one way for the rest of your life. Also if there is a way to get a quick session in the morning and a quick session at night and that makes more sense to you then do it don’t be afraid to train like that. This could include having a quick gym session in the morning and a home workout at night.

If there’s really (most likely not, sorry but if something is important to you will find a time to make it work) no way for you to change the programming to meet the time constraints, tell yourself that and be honest. So then the only other suggestion I would have for you is to make sure to get your NEAT up and make sure to get at least 8-12k steps in daily.
