Inefficiency in Additive Manufacturing is caused by one thing and one thing only. Needed Implementation of manufacturing principles striving to meet the standards in consumer products and industrial applications. Strengthening Mechanism of Material post-processing will achieve this by producing high integrity components to meet the in place standards per today’s applications.

With additive, you are going to have more quality control per batch and even piece. You’ve got to store that data and especially make sense from what the data is showing you. Without MES I don’t think you can do that with any kind of volumes. In addition, you need to track that quality per additive machine.
