Overcoming Challenges Abroad: A Reflection on Support and Resilience

Dear Readers,

I’m still in Nigeria, but I’ve noticed an interesting dynamic among some friends and family abroad. It seems there’s an underlying fear that I might achieve massive success if given the chance.

This realization struck me while seeking about a $1,000 loan to obtain ISO 9001:2015 certification. A friend’s demeanor suddenly changed, even after I assured them I would either transition away from the PMP market or collaborate on the business together.

Ironically, it's often strangers who step in to offer support during such moments. One stranger helped me secure a job that allowed me to save money here in Nigeria, while another suggested I wait until Donald Trump is sworn in.

Give me just one month in the USA, and I’ll make money from the streets if I have to! As we navigate these challenges and look forward to brighter opportunities (like eventual Japa aspirations), may God guide and help us all. Amen.
