I'm so excited to be back and continue our conversations about mental and emotional health as a professional in the workplace!

For those of you who are new to me - Hi! I'm Phallyn Folse - Chemical Engineer/Chemist turned Certified Hypnotherapist. I'm extremely passionate about all things science related to mental & emotional health of professionals in the workplace - we deserve to be healthy and happy in all that we do! For those of you who have been hanging out with me for a while, you may notice a few changes around here. For starters, the newsletter got a makeover! You'll now see it come across as "PF Hypnotherapy" instead of "The Strategist", but don't worry - you'll still get the same quality science-backed content related to mental & emotional health for professionals in the workplace. I've also opted to start blogging rather than podcasting (for now!). It's just a better fit for where I am currently in my life and business.

Part of the reason you haven't seen content from me in a while is because I've been busy! I recently finished up my certification to become a hypnotherapist so that I can help professionals in the workplace in a much more impactful way. I've also been doing a lot of research to learn as much as I can about Red Light Therapy. I've found through my own personal experience as well as experience through working with my hypnotherapy clients that combining the two therapies can really bring some impactful results - quickly!
