Despite facing difficult news of the tragic family incident that recently made national headlines, Cohasset's annual Road Race by the Sea has continued to thrive. For almost 50 years, this beloved event has brought the community together to celebrate spring and support important causes.

Organized by the Cohasset Rotary Club, the race has become one of their most important fundraisers, with net proceeds from registrations and sponsorships going towards both local and international causes supported by Rotary International.

The race course is both challenging and breathtaking, Starting and ending at the charming Cohasset Town Common, the course offers both stunning scenery and a challenging run. Participants will enjoy views of the Atlantic coastline, as well as distant glimpses of Boston and the iconic Minot Lighthouse, known for its symbolic blinking pattern of 1-4-3 ("I love you").?

The Road Race by the Sea is a testament to the resilience of Cohasset's community and their unwavering dedication to supporting each other. Rotary International's motto is "Service Above Self".
